Georgian House refurbishment Edinburgh

This project included the restoration and refurbishment of an existing kitchen and garden room in a Grade A Listed house in Georgian Edinburgh. It also included the creation of a new bedroom in a former utility room and to fit the utility room into previously unused spaces underneath the stair.

The kitchen was completely reconfigured and fitted out with a Smallbone of Devizes kitchen, an AGA range cooker and limestone tiled floor.

The connecting garden room, which previously had very little light has had new window openings and a large traditional cupola added, which floods the room with light and creates a far better connection to the southfacing garden.
